Introduction

Ambrose-Anthony, Ltd. is a publishing house that produces a balanced theological spectrum of Episcopal thought, and directly markets the resulting books to clergy and parishioners.

This site generates no billable revenue but is a promotional outlet for the publisher. No advertising is present. Many clients are clergy of the Episcopal Church. The target audience is an Episcopal deacon, priest or bishop of any age or gender. Probably not the most computer savvy, but one who sees the value in it and needs advice and guidance.

"Episcopal thought, explained."

This is a new and comprehensive grouping of services designed to evangelize ("get the word out"). As a one source shopping for services, a writer (generally a priest or bishop) can begin with a simple idea for a book and have it brought to fruition. At least four manuscript submissions, primarily new, and from Episcopal clergy, will be accepted each quarter.

As the most recent editor of the 2001 Episcopal Clerical Directory, the publisher has contact information for all 17,000 clerics, including almost 10,000 e-mail addresses. Although a new company and site, the target audience knows of his work with the Episcopal Church as editor and writer.
